Hi, I am Audrey Meyer, an athlete, a coach, and the creator of the Find Your Superpower Course.

Being a professional athlete and coaching others, I have learned over the past 20 years what it takes to live a balanced life and create a healthy mind. As someone continuously striving to be the best I can be, I always was looking to push my limits and going extreme. I wanted to do too many things at the same time and was always seeking perfection. I was getting overwhelmed and started soon going down the rabbit hole dealing with anxiety, overtraining, eating disorder, hormones unbalanced, fatigued, depression, and injuries.

Then my life changed FOREVER.

I lost my mum who was exactly like me! It was the wake-up call. I decided I needed to change! I changed my behaviors, created a new environment. I started having then having more clarity and perspective. I learn how to turn my curiosity into passion. And then turning my passion into purpose. I also learn how to set goals that are in line with my vision.

I created this course to help ambitious people to higher levels of performance - while staying healthy.

    No previous experience (in fitness, nutrition, mindset, meditation, breathing, etc) is required. All ages, sex, and level of fitness are welcome.
